Our MissionSurvivors 4 Survivors is a resource for stroke survivors and their caregivers. We offer camaraderie and unparalleled support. We are all working towards continuous recovery and improving our quality of life through health and wellness and interactions with our peers. In discussing our struggles and triumphs, and encouraging one another, we are able to move forward together.
Our VisionThe impact of a stroke is far reaching. It not only changes the life of the survivor, but also that of their entire family and network of friends. Our vision for the future is simple, offer peer to peer support in order to ease the hardship of stroke recovery.
We understand what stroke survivors and their caregivers are going through, because we are all facing similar challenges. Our goals for the coming year are to offer support groups, social activities, and health and wellness programs to improve quality of life and promote continued recovery. |
